Hello Landcarers

Next Tuesday our mates in the National Parks Association will be meeting setting up shop – in a bio-survey sense – at Stan’s Block, adjacent to the Parkes Soccer Fields. Stan’s bock is an area that Central West Lachlan Landcare has taken charge of, with the aim of managing this area to improve and then maintain its biodiversity.

The Envirohub met this week for its regular meeting. The EnviroHub is I guess the partnerships arm of Central West Lachlan Landcare – it is a forum where those organisations with an interest in natural resource management across the Central West Lachlan area can meet to discuss projects around mutually agreed outcomes. Sounds complicated doesn’t it!!
