The wash up of the Forum is here, so many of us in local Landcare have been working on various aspects of this. At the end of last week we held a debrief going through each part of the forum and covering the good and the not so good bits. Our plan was to put together some recommendations for the next forum that will be held in 2013 in the Hunter Valley – this time being hosted by the Catchment Management Authority there. Landcare Forum over and delegates have returned home
The event commenced with the Kalari Lachlan River Arts festival on the weekend and the Forum that commenced on Monday. Both were great successes. We had a meeting Thursday morning to gauge the success of the forum and analyse the feed back evaluation forms. From this meeting we will put in a report on issues that we encountered and compile recommendations for the next forum that will be in 2013. Read Full Story

Hello Landcarers
I think PHEW – would be the best word to describe how we all feel at Landcare this week. We have had a very busy week starting with the Kalari Lachlan River Arts Festival over the weekend being a rip roaring success. Magical and beautiful, awe inspiring were the words I heard several people use to describe the very special event, particularly the Welcome to Country and the Kate Kelly Song Cycle.
