Len and Anne Reade represented Forbes Urban Landcare at the Landcare National Awards Presentation Old Parliament House Building last Thursday night. Forbes Mayor Phillys Miller was also present. Clean Up Australia Day Coming Up
This will be held on Sunday 7 March and is being coordinated by Parkes Shire Council and Parkes and Districts Landcare.The venue for registering for the Cleanup will be Lions park Orange Road commencing at 9.00 and concluding at 12.30 with a free sausage sizzle.Is hoped that the Community pitch in on the morning and help clean up the rubbish in our streets and Parkes. Read Full Story
